The wedding couple is the only client the day of the wedding, and their guests and vendors will be the only guests allowed on the contracted property areas from 9 am until the conclusion of the reception. There will be no other rentals or event functions the day of the wedding. For Saturday weddings, the minimum rental amount is equivalent to 100 guests at the selected package rate of $8800.00. For all other days, the minimum rental amount is equivalent to 60 guests at the selected package rate of $5800.00. Up to a maximum of 120 guests can be accommodated.
Access to Property
Couple has access to the property beginning at 9 am on wedding day for the purpose of decorating, dressing, vendor set up and photography. Couple has access to the property for a 1.5 hour rehearsal to be scheduled in the weeks prior to the wedding.
The couple's dressing rooms are complete with garment rack and dressing mirror.
Linens and Flatware
Linens for the reception, guest seating, food service and hospitality tables to include: chair covers, sashes, tablecloths and napkins in poplin, sateen, sheer, burlap or organza fabrics; extensive color selection is available. All packages provide serving dishes and flatware needed for guest services of appetizers and/or reception meal and beverages. All wine served in stemmed wine glass.
Basic wedding cakes with one hour complimentary decorating and cutting service are provided by chef staff buffet style. All guest serving supplies are provided for with rental package selected.
Setup and Clean Up
Appropriate number of attendants needed for set up of facility, general guest service of beverages, bussing and facility clean up. This includes events and chef team management on all shifts. Set up and cleanup of facility to include set up and dressing of furniture needed for guest seating, food service, beverage service and hospitality.
Couples can enjoy 20 hours of consultation with assigned property Events Coordinator, two hours of consultation with the Executive Chef plus a Tasting of selected menu, and cake flavors. In addition, two security officers will be present for the duration of ceremony and reception.
