Haak Vineyards and Winery Inc

Located on 12 picturesque acres in Santa Fe, Texas, Haak Winery is an ideal destination for your next small party or gathering.  Hold your anniversary or birthday party, bridal or baby shower, or Tour and Tasting* party here and we will make your event wonderfully memorable.

Haak knows you like choices and we have created packages to allow you to customize your event.  As such, we offer our facilities strictly for rent where you bring your own food or our in-house chef can do all the work and prepare delicious appetizers from our menu below. Our  rentals include exclusive use of the rental areas for up to 3 hours, tables, chairs, table linens, setup and tear-down, and a minimum of one attendant to help you during your event.  Extra hours may be added to your event for an extra fee. Rental Fees for Banquet Areas:

Wine Cellar-  unique space up to 56 guests
$400 without Haak appetizers/lunch/dinner
$300 rental fee if you purchase catering through Haak   

Wine Wall Tasting Bar- up to 70 guests
$950 without Haak appetizers/lunch/dinner
$775 rental fee if you purchase catering through Haak

Pavilion- up to 225 guests
$1250 (75 guest minimum) without Haak appetizers/lunch/dinner
$1025 rental fee if you purchase catering through Haak

Banquet Room up to 15 guests (Ask about our food & beverage minimum option)
$200 without Haak Appetizers/lunch/dinner
$100 rental fee if you purchase catering through Haak

 NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED ON PREMISE (TABC regulation) except with contract in the pavilion area.

 Reservations must be made at least 15 days in advance.  Payment is required in full 15 days prior to the event. **Required deposit to Save the Date of $250, which will be refunded (pending damages) after your event. All events are 3 hours in length and extra hours may be purchased. Host/Hostesses have 30 minutes prior to an event to set decorations on tables and 30 minutes afterwards to gather wanted items. HVW Staff will clean the rest!

Tax (6.25%) and service fee/gratuity (18%) will be added to all invoices.

 Wine purchased for rental events will be volume discounted as follows: 5% discount for 3-5 bottles, 10% for 6 to 12 Glasses and a wine server are included with private rentals when wines are purchased. You may also set a cash bar for guests at no extra charge.
