Haak knows you like choices and we have created packages to allow you to customize your event. As such, we offer our facilities strictly for rent where you bring your own food or our inhouse chef can do all the work and prepare delicious appetizers or lunch/dinner. Our Cellar, Patio and Pavilion rentals include exclusive use of the rental areas, tables, chairs, table linens, ice water, setup and tear-down, and a minimum of one attendant to help you during your 3-hour event. Sunday events can be 2 hours in length for $100 less than the current listing.
Fees are as follows and the minimum group size is 15 guests for the cellar and 25 guests for the patio, and a 75-guest minimum for the pavilion:

❖ A minimum of 15 guests are required and reservations must be made at least 10 days in advance. Payment is required in full 15 days prior to the event. Tax (6.25%) and service fee/gratuity (18%) will be added to all orders. ❖ Wine purchased for rental events will be volume discounted as follows: 5% discount for 3-5 bottles, 10% for 6 to 12 bottles, 15% for 13 or more bottles.
