PremierE Wedding Package
Our Package Includes:
The wedding couple is the only client the day of the wedding, and have access to our property beginning at 9 am for decorating, vendor setup, hair and makeup, all the time a bride will need. The wedding is four hours and you may customize the time and add additional hours to your special day. There will be no other rentals or event functions 3 hours prior day of the wedding. **** For Saturday weddings, the minimum rental amount is equivalent to 100 guests at the selected package rate of $9,999.00. For Sunday-Friday, the minimum rental amount is equivalent to 65 guests at the selected package rate of $7,799.00. The price for additional guests over the minimums is $55.00/person. We can accommodate up to 225 guests in our vineyard setting.
Venue only rentals are as follows: For Saturday weddings, the minimum rental amount is a rate of $5,999.00. For all other days, the minimum rental amount is a rate of $3,799.00.
Access to Property
The wedding couple has access to the property beginning at 9 am on wedding day for the purpose of decorating, dressing, hair and makeup, plus vendor set up and photography. Couple has access to the property for a 1 hour rehearsal to be scheduled in the weeks prior to the wedding. As part of the package, the couple has access to the property for engagement or bridal photos, during our regular business hours.
The couple's dressing rooms are complete with garment rack and dressing mirror. Each has ample space to relax and enjoy some time with your wedding party before your coordinator comes to whisk you away to be the star of your special day!
Linens and Flatware
Linens for the reception, guest seating, food service and hospitality tables to include: chair covers, sashes, tablecloths and napkins in poplin, sateen, sheer, burlap or organza fabrics; extensive color selection is available. All packages provide serving dishes and flatware needed for guest services of appetizers and/or reception meal and beverages. All wine served in stemmed wine glass.
Setup and Clean Up
Appropriate number of attendants needed for set up of facility and general guest services such as beverages, food service, and facility clean up. This includes events and chef team management on all shifts. Set up and cleanup of facility to include set up and dressing of furniture needed for guest seating, food service, beverage service and hospitality.
Couples can enjoy consultation with assigned property Events Coordinator, plus a menu tasting consultation with the Executive Chef. In addition, security officers will be present for the duration of the ceremony and reception.
