1st Course: Houston dairy maids local Texas Cheeses, Blackhill Ranch salumi and house Tempranillo mustard. Served with local Chef sourced accoutrements paired with Haak Tempranillo.
2nd Course: Moondog Farms glazed beets, goat cheese, Winter Family Farm orange supremes, Froberg’s Farm macerated strawberries & Jeff’s Aquaponics micro basil paired with our Wine Club Exclusive, Riesling.
3rd Course: Roasted poblano & Wisconsin cheddar stuffed Gulf shrimp brochette, shaved Brussel sprout coriander slaw, roasted pepper coulis paired with another Wine Club exclusive, Blanc du Bois Reserve.
4th Course: Sous vide Bone-in Texas pork chop with embered tri-colored carrots, pistachio peppadew romesco, crispy sea salt fingerling potatoes, confit garlic oil & Jeff’s Aquaponics micro radish greens newly released Cabernet Sauvignon.
5th Course: Haak Port, white chocolate & Galveston county fig bread pudding, Gulf Coast Honey Bee Farms ice cream, Bruleed fig, bee pollen and our Blanc du Bois Port.
